		<description>I lived in Austin for 1.5 years and I couldn&#039;t get out of there faster. I agree the tech scene is great there, but everything else sucks. The food is terrible, there is absolutely no diversity or culture. The only place alive at night is about 2 streets in the entire city and it gets pretty old fast. Its like living in a small town. I would choose SV or NY any day.</description>

		<description>Sure, Silicon Valley eclipses all the other tech hubs in tech hubbiness, but Austin still has significant tech presence, as do cities such as Raleigh-Durham and Boulder.

Check out Asheville for a place that truly is not a tech hub ;-)
